Helping you to help yourself

Choosing the therapist that is right for you is important to ensure that you receive the most appropriate support you need. I believe in being open and transparent to give you the information you need to help you make this decision.

My name is Isobel and I am a person-centred counsellor and wellbeing therapist

I work with clients from 18+ in Rugby and surrounding areas in Warwickshire. Counselling sessions are available in person, online and by telephone.

Perhaps you have arrived on this page feeling down, depressed, or overloaded with stress. Or maybe, you feel low in confidence and self-worth. Life has a habit of throwing curveballs when you least expect it such as the loss of a loved one, illness, or other life challenges.

Choosing a therapist that is right for you is important to ensure you receive the most appropriate therapy support. It isn’t always easy to reach out and get in touch with a counsellor. Hopefully, you will find the information you need to help you make the right decision for you.
